Why am I being asked to complete this form?

As part of mandatory regulatory requirements for making payments, all businesses that want to use services from ExpressCard Capital or its competitors must undergo a KYB (Know Your Business Client) review.

ExpressCard Capital is required to collect this information in order to comply with federal laws that restrict and monitor all organizations using financial services to make payments. These laws are in place to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and tax evasion.

Please provide as much information as possible. The more information and detail you can provide, the easier it will be to gain program approval from our banking partners, and the faster we can launch your program.
